Our partners have experience of turning around sick mining units, building strategy, optimizing operations and processes to enhance value for the mine owners. Our visits to various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province helped us identify a serious gap in the technical knowledge and funding of small scale miners, resulting in significant value loss not only for them but also for the country as a whole. Identifying this niche, we have been collaborating with such miners and have entered into Joint Venture agreements for the exploration, appraisal and development of such mines, not only providing the required technical and commercial expertise, but also by setting up a fund where investors could invest in bite sized chunks to gain benefits of the lucrative mining sector of Pakistan.
